We collect your name, email, business name, and business information you provide (category, city, website). When you use our AI visibility check, we query AI platforms using your business details. We store your scores, reports, and activity securely.
We use your information solely to provide the Foundly service: running AI visibility checks, generating reports, sending alerts, and improving our product. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI queries, and Resend for email. Your payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see your card numbers.
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@tryfoundly.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
We use minimal cookies — only those necessary for authentication and session management. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Firebase's enterprise-grade infrastructure and follow industry best practices for access control.
