Foundly provides AI visibility monitoring, reporting, and optimization services for small and medium businesses. Our service includes: AI visibility score tracking across 5 platforms, competitor analysis, done-for-you optimization, and content recommendations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business information. One account per business. You must be 18 or older to use Foundly.
One-time purchases ($297 Report, $797 Fix) are non-refundable once the report has been delivered or work has begun. If we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.
We deliver the AI Visibility Report within 24 hours of payment. For the $797 plan, we implement all fixes within 7 business days. We respond to support emails within 4 business hours Monday–Friday.
AI platforms change their algorithms without notice. We cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or guaranteed increases in your AI Visibility Score. We cannot guarantee new customers or revenue. We guarantee we'll do the work as described and report results honestly.
You may not use Foundly for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our systems. You may not resell our reports without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
